We provided Catherine with a theme for my 50th birthday celebration and she provided great insights ranging from different food types and cocktails through to furniture and props. Run by Alex & Alicia who, after many years travelling and working in Africa, decided to bring some of the amazing flavours and colours back to the UK and then along came Pumba! Pumba is their trusty Land Rover Defender, sporting a flashy wrap job, a td5 engine and a pizza oven in the back, theres not many places she cant get to too serve up our fantastic pizza. Alex and Alicia also have a super cool pizzeria in Haywards Heath, with a number of events hosted inside the restaurant to include tasting evenings and pizza making classes! Cooked and served by our @di_b3lla! The menu was created based on our Birthday boy’s FAVOURITE foods, taking him back through a journey of his all time memorable meals, finishing with an old classic of Baked Bramley Apple, Raisin & Golden Syrup. A traditional pudding that his mother used to make (back in the day!) - it was seemingly delicious and enjoyed by all (and devoured before anyone had the chance to take a photo!)
