Run by Alex & Alicia who, after many years travelling and working in Africa, decided to bring some of the amazing flavours and colours back to the UK and then along came Pumba! Pumba is their trusty Land Rover Defender, sporting a flashy wrap job, a td5 engine and a pizza oven in the back, theres not many places she cant get to too serve up our fantastic pizza. Alex and Alicia also have a super cool pizzeria in Haywards Heath, with a number of events hosted inside the restaurant to include tasting evenings and pizza making classes! PRIVATE DINING EXPERIENCES || From the Table… A delicate yet meaty helping of Monkish - Mediterranean Nicoise Salad & Split Balsamic Our guests enjoyed a beautiful 4 Canapés & 4 Course Meal at Home, celebrating a joyous 60th Birthday Celebration meal with close friends. Cooked and served by our @di_b3lla! The menu was created based on our Birthday boy’s FAVOURITE foods, taking him back through a journey of his all time memorable meals, finishing with an old classic of Baked Bramley Apple, Raisin & Golden Syrup. A traditional pudding that his mother used to make (back in the day!) - it was seemingly delicious and enjoyed by all (and devoured before anyone had the chance to take a photo!) Dining at home means you can still slip on your favourite outfit, eat like royalty, and kick back with your slippers under the table…! A hassle free, comfortable and relaxing evening with friends.
